How It Works
How it works
PN is a biocompatible substance close in structure to human DNA. Injected straight into the dermis, it aims to raise the skin's own recovery response and to build back the thickness of a thinned epidermis and dermis. It is not finished in one visit. The sessions are divided at four-week intervals, and the product changes with the area, around the eyes or over a scar, and with the purpose.

- The treatment times, intervals and durations given here are the reference values we set out at the consultation. They can differ with the condition of the skin, the area and the session.
Mechanism
What it treats, and how
- 01
PN, polynucleotide
A regenerative material drawn from salmon and purified. It is close in structure to human DNA, and is understood to draw comparatively little foreign-body reaction when injected straight into the skin.
- 02
It changes the conditions rather than filling
Rather than filling volume the way a filler does, it raises the skin's own recovery response in the dermis. So the change appears as the sessions build up, rather than right after the injection.
- 03
The product changes with the area
Thin skin around the eyes, an area where a scar remains, and the face as a whole each call for a product with a different range. We decide which one to use after checking the thickness of the skin.
RECOMMENDED FOR
Who we suggest this for
Even if none of these apply, we look at your skin at the consultation first, then advise.
- If your skin feels thinner and drier than it was
- If you want to look at enlarged pores and fine lines together
- If your skin is sensitive and dry and a stronger treatment feels like too much
- If you want to settle skin tone and texture together
FAQ
Frequently asked about Rejuran
Will injection marks be left?
Raised bumps can appear right after the injection and usually settle within a day to a few days. This changes with the area and the volume injected, so please tell us in advance if you have something coming up.
How many sessions will I need?
Three sessions at four-week intervals make one cycle. The number and the interval can change with skin thickness and the pace of recovery, so we review at each session.
