This notice is the disclosure of non-covered treatment costs required by Article 45 of the Korean Medical Service Act. Only the Korean version has legal effect. The other languages are reference translations provided to aid understanding.

Basis for publication
Under Article 45 of the Korean Medical Service Act (Disclosure of non-covered treatment costs, etc.), we set out the non-covered treatment costs payable by the patient. Fees for issuing certificates are set within the upper limits of the Standards for the Items and Amounts of Certificate Issuance Fees at Medical Institutions, a public notice of the Korean Ministry of Health and Welfare.

Value-added tax
The amounts shown include value-added tax. Items for medical purposes and items for cosmetic purposes can be taxed differently, so the final amount is confirmed after treatment.

Changes to fees
Non-covered treatment costs can change according to the circumstances of the clinic. When they change, we publish the change immediately on this page and on the notice inside the clinic.

The amount actually charged can differ with the patient's condition, the scope of treatment and the materials used. We give you the estimated cost at the consultation before treatment.
