Sets out the conditions and procedures for using the services provided on this website.

Article 1 (Purpose)

This English text is provided for convenience only. The Korean version of this document is the original and the only legally binding text; in the event of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails. The purpose of these terms is to set out the conditions and procedures for using the services provided on the website operated by GIVE ME CLINIC (the "Clinic").

Article 2 (Services provided)

The Clinic provides the following services. - Information about medical care and treatments - Receipt of online consultation and booking requests - Notices, events and other news from the Clinic - Publication of statutory disclosures such as the cost of treatment not covered by national health insurance

Article 3 (Nature of medical information)

① Information about care and treatments published on the website is general guidance and does not replace an individual diagnosis. ② Results may differ from person to person and side effects may occur, so a full consultation with a member of the medical team is essential before any treatment. ② Published content may change without prior notice as medical techniques and product information change.

Article 4 (Consultation and booking requests)

① An online consultation or booking request is a request to be received. It does not in itself confirm a place in the treatment schedule; the appointment is confirmed when the Clinic contacts you. ② Users must provide accurate information when making a request and must not use another person's information. ② A request submitted with false information may not be processed, without prior notice.

Article 5 (Management of posts)

The Clinic may delete or move, without prior notice, any post that breaches applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with the operation of the website.

Article 6 (Copyright)

Copyright in the content published on the website, including text, images and video, belongs to the Clinic or to the rightful owner, and it may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted or used to create derivative works without prior consent.

Article 7 (Limitation of liability)

The Clinic is not liable where the service is temporarily suspended for reasons beyond its control, such as natural disaster, a communications failure or system maintenance. The service is resumed as soon as the cause has been resolved.

Article 8 (Resolution of disputes)

Where a dispute arises in connection with these terms, the Clinic and the user shall resolve it by mutual discussion; if no agreement is reached, applicable law and commercial practice shall apply.
