What you write is seen only by the director and the consultation staff. We use it for nothing except replying to your enquiry.

Request received
Just leave your name, a contact number and the treatment you are interested in. The longer questions are covered at the examination when you come in.

We call you back
During clinic hours we call the number you left, in turn, to confirm your schedule and what you asked about.

Consultation at the clinic
After looking at your skin, we set a plan together that runs through to the recovery period.

- We are open on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
- On Sundays the main-road entrance is closed, so please come to the rear door.
- How long a consultation takes can vary with the treatment and the condition of your skin.
About your personal data
When you send a request we collect your name and contact number (required), plus the treatment you are interested in and your message (optional). We use them only to reply and to arrange your booking, and delete them without delay once that is done.
